Managing NDAs

Overview

Quick Chits allows you to add NDA documents to your productions which must be signed all the artists working on those shoots.

An artist must approve the current NDA on the production in order to approve their chit. They only need to approve the NDA once (regardless of the number of shoots they participate on) but they are prompted to re-sign if the NDA is updated or changed.

The artist must type their name to sign the NDA and this is imprinted onto the document. This process creates a digital signature in the Quick Chits database which provides the legal proof of their intent to comply with the NDA.

Production or Agency staff may bulk save or print all NDAs from a production for their legal records.
